^It is the clients responsibility to locate all under ground services. e.g water, gas, electricity. We will
not be held liable to repair any services which have been damaged which were not clearly located by
the owner prior.
^No allowance has been made for termite treatment if slab edge exposure is less than 75mm. Which
can be arranged at an additional cost.
^A deposit of 20% will be required to secure your booking and to order required materials. Progress
claims may be required depending on the value or timeframe of the project. With full Payment is
strictly due on the day of completion of final sealer.
^All materials will remain property of CONCRETE By Joe until full payment is received
^ No trades will have any access to any areas that we have laid fresh concrete. It is the owners
responsibility to ensure we have sole access to the work site. To ensure we can keep our concrete
clean and get it sealed as soon as possible. Foot traffic is allowed 2 days after sealer and vehicle
traffic after 7 days of sealer.
A Re-cleaning charge of $300+gst will be incurred if we are not able to blow off any dirt or mud. We
will need to re wash off mud/dirt and return another day to apply sealer.
^As concrete is made from natural minerals and resources we cannot provide any guarantee against
cement colour, aggregate consistency or colour and/ or cracking. It is concrete, it can and most likely
will crack, however we will attempt to control the location of where cracks will occur. But we will not
take responsibility to fill or rectify cracks out of our or our suppliers control.
Pouring concrete in stages will incur in different colours/consistencies. We strongly recommend
considering this prior to contracting our services. As we allow for consecutive working days on site. If
we have to leave and come back a additional fee may be charged.
^ We have not allowed for a vacuum truck to catch cement slurry wash off when installing exposed
aggregate or honed concrete. Unless specifically mentioned. This can easily be arranged at an
additional cost if required.
^ Although every endeavour will be taken to keep mess to a minimum. We have not allowed for a
pool clean upon completion of pool surrounds. Which the company who installs the pool generally
completes after our services is completed.
^For optimum results we recommend an acid wash and seal every 2-4 years.
